1. Video won't play on Blackberry?

Please check the settings on your mobile device. Ensure that the "device memory limit" setting is NOT set at 5MB. The setting must be at 15MB. All videos should play when the 15MB option is used.

Are you getting HTTP Error 413 on your Blackberry?
If you are getting this error, follow the simple steps directly below:

Open the mobile web browser->click on "menu" ->"options"->"browser configuration"->"browser identification"->choose "Internet Explorer" or "Firefox" instead of "BlackBerry."

Save your change. All videos should now be able to play.

2. How to enable video playback on iPhone/iPod?

On the Home screen select "settings" ->select " Safari", to enable plug-ins, select Plug-ins "on."
